Leadra is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform provided by Halkwinds Technology, designed to help Indian small and medium businesses manage leads, automate WhatsApp communication, and handle subscriptions via an online dashboard.

The service includes: automated WhatsApp bot management, lead capture and dashboard, offer broadcasting, payment integration via Razorpay, and a business management interface.

Access to Leadra requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan (following the completion of any applicable free trial period).

When you create a Leadra account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup
• Maintain the security of your password and not share account credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@leadra.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws

Each account is for a single business entity. You may not share your account with multiple businesses or resell access to Leadra without our written permission.

Plans & Pricing

Leadra offers monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Growth) priced in Indian Rupees (₹). Pricing is displayed transparently on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle, starting from the date your paid plan activates (i.e., the day after your free trial ends or the day you upgrade manually). Payments are processed automatically via Razorpay on your billing date.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and attempt to retry. Access to your account may be suspended if payment remains unsuccessful for 7 days after the due date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months after cancellation.

• The free trial period is 7 calendar days from the date of account creation
• Full platform features are available during the trial
• No payment information is required to start the trial
• At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Leadra
• If you do not subscribe, your account will be automatically suspended (not deleted) after the trial ends
• Trial accounts are limited to one per phone number — duplicate trials are not permitted

We want you to be satisfied with Leadra. Our refund policy is as follows:

To request a refund, email support@leadra.in with your registered phone number and transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

You agree to use Leadra only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harass users
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service while using the bot features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use Leadra for any illegal activity, including fraud or money laundering
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our backend systems
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to another party
• Impersonate any person or business in your bot communications

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without a refund. We reserve the right to report serious violations to appropriate authorities.

Leadra and Halkwinds Technology provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• We are not responsible for losses caused by WhatsApp service interruptions, changes in WhatsApp policies, or third-party API failures
• Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in that calendar month
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for high availability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

All software, designs, trademarks, and content of the Leadra platform are the exclusive property of Halkwinds Technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business purposes during your active subscription.

Your business data, leads, and content entered into the platform remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which it will be deactivated. You may request a data export before deactivation.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We receive credible reports of illegal activity linked to your account
• Your payment is overdue by more than 14 days
• You engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of our platform or other users

Where possible, we will give you notice before taking action, unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect other users or the platform.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export requests, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable RBI guidelines for digital payments.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
