Leadra ("we", "our", "us") is a SaaS platform operated by Halkwinds Technology, helping Indian small and medium businesses manage leads, automate WhatsApp communication, and grow their customer base.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of leadra.in and our mobile-compatible web application. By using Leadra, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only the data that is necessary to provide and improve our service:

Account & Identity Data

• Full name
• Mobile phone number (used as your login ID)
• Email address (if provided)
• Password (stored as a secure hash — never readable)
• Business name and type
• Business operating hours

Business & Lead Data

• Lead names, phone numbers, and interaction details captured via WhatsApp
• Services, pricing, and offers you configure on your dashboard
• Subscription plan and billing status

Usage Data

• Pages visited and features used within the platform
• Login timestamps and session activity
• Device type and browser (used for performance improvements)
• IP address (used for fraud prevention and security)

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Create and manage your Leadra account
• Operate the WhatsApp automation bot on your behalf
• Show your leads on your dashboard
• Process subscription payments via Razorpay
• Send you service-related emails (password reset, billing alerts, etc.)
• Improve product features based on aggregated usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third-party marketers.

Leadra uses Razorpayas its payment processor. When you make a payment, you are interacting directly with Razorpay's secure payment gateway. We receive only a transaction confirmation (success/failure and the amount) — never your full card or bank account details.

Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated under RBI guidelines. Their privacy policy is available at razorpay.com/privacy.

We store: subscription plan name, billing cycle, and payment status.

We do not store: card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs, or net banking credentials.

WhatsApp

Leadra connects to WhatsApp Web to operate your business bot. The bot replies to incoming messages on your behalf using the information and scripts you configure. We process message content only to route correct automated responses and to capture lead details for your dashboard. We do not read, store, or monetize your personal WhatsApp conversations.

Email

We may send you transactional emails such as account confirmations, billing receipts, service notifications, or important product updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time by contacting support@leadra.in.

Leadra uses a small number of cookies and browser storage technologies to operate the platform:

• Session cookies — to keep you logged in across pages
• localStorage — to remember your theme preference (light/dark)
• Basic analytics — page views and feature usage (anonymised, no personal identification)

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics tools. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings; however, this will log you out of the platform.

We implement multiple layers of protection to safeguard your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
• Passwords are hashed using a secure one-way algorithm — they are never stored in plain text
• Our server infrastructure is hosted on a private VPS with access controls and firewall protection
• Database access is restricted to authorised backend services only
• We perform regular security reviews and apply patches promptly
